Exhausted...

The thought of tomorrow is Monday really gives me the "sigh..." coz I didn't even have a proper weekend to begin with!

Yesterday's event at the Istana was ok. My first impression of the "palace" was that it's damn freaking huge!!! There was a looooong driveway from the entrance to the building; where we passed through private golf course (with occasional bloody lucky swans sunbathing beside the man-made lakes in the middle) and of course big patches of greeneries. Since we're only restricted to certain areas of the Istana, therefore after spending the whole day there, the place doesnt appear HUGE to me anymore ;P

The Spore PM was there yesterday, but not as a public figure but as a parent because his son was performing for the event. It's so funny when everybody just starts to panic whenever the word of "PM" appear. From the walkie-talkie we can hear people screaming "get ready! the PM is here!!" (and he's not even the guest-of-honor). And there's his son sitting at the corner of the final row... dozing off haha!

Well the event ended pretty early, around 4pm (as it was an awards ceremony and tea reception) but I only managed to get home around 8+ as we had to oversee the dismantling process. Was dead tired when i got back; am soooo not a heel's person.

After a tiring day, nothing beats the comfort of enjoying a good movie on my bed; with chocolates on my lap and pillows on my back =P

But the comfort ended too soon...

This morning when I woke up; I have 6 freaking voice msgs on my mobile. ITS SUNDAY FOR GOODNESS' SAKE!!!

I really need an island getaway... A sunny day on the beach facing the blue sea is tantalizing!
